Home Group Holding, among the largest producers of upholstered furniture in the world, has 5 furniture factories located in Eastern Europe, delivering products to customers in 22 countries worldwide. After significant investment in its operations, Company plans to double revenues within the next 3 years. Home Group is looking for Factory HR Manager for its Lithuanian operations to contribute as key business partner to factory transformation into a well performing manufacturing organization and enable its sustainabe growth. HR Manager will be based at operations in Klaipeda (500+ employees), will lead HR Generalist and will directly report to General Manager. In this role HR Manager will closely cooperate with matrix HR Team of the Group in Eastern Europe.

The Role
The purpose of the Factory HR Manager role is to lead HR and Occupational Safety Management function to improve internal and external customer satisfaction. Acting as a member of the Factory Management Team, HR Manager will drive implementation of HR best practices and realization of people business plan. This role will also contribute to development of Group People Strategy and creation of HR products to meet growing business needs.

• Secure Factory Occupational Safety and HR Operations are compliant to country and EU legal requirements and Group policies.
• Review and improve existing HR document flow (Internal regulations, Employment Contracts, Job Descriptions, Orders, etc.).
• Represent the factory towards authorities on HR related matters, mandatory reporting.
• Recruit direct and indirect personnel for the factory, coordinate onboarding programs. Support occasional white-collar recruitments.
• Optimize factory HR processes based on considerate as-is analysis and planning, eliminate waste and prioritize activities that are value-adding to the business.
• Systematically introduce integrated Human Resources Management system supported by Group Matrix HR Team on HR expert matters: Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Appraisal, Internal Communications.
• Develop and educate senior leaders on key HR competencies: competence profile defining, interviewing and selection, onboarding and adaptation, performance management, competence development, salary revision, succession planning, etc.
• Support General Manager in maintaining and developing Occupational Safety Management system.
• Supervise HR KPIs reporting to Group level, analyze root causes of deviations and mitigate risks.
• Develop own subordinate, secure short-term substitution and potential long-term succession.
